PLAY16 - Creative Gaming Festival

Maik is a freelance artist who work on stage design and light art and thereout his work as a VJ and on interactive installations brought him to his life-long passions: video games. After succesfully finishing his studies in fine arts at HBKsaar in Saarbrücken/Germany he moved to Hamburg to delve even deeper into the subject and started studying game design in the master course at the HAW Hamburg. Right now he works there as a research assistant and finishes his master thesis on arts and games.
